Who is forcing us to think marbling makes good meat and why do the customers believe it? Marbling is an outcome of factory farming. Is it then a healthy way of rearing animals? And does it really produce good meat? Ever since the American beef grading system is introduced, marbling has become a single criterion that decides beef quality.
