The One and Only Earth Film Festival Secretariat collects and uses personal information as follows for the purpose of ¡®pre-registration for the opening ceremony of the One Earth Film Festival¡¯.
The one and only District Film Festival Secretariat collects only the information necessary to perform this task and is not provided to third parties.
¤· Collection items (required): name, affiliation, position, age, gender, whether you wish to participate in the related event
¤· Personal information retention period: 3 years (destroyed at the end of retention period)
¤· Grounds for retention: With the consent of the information subject, the information subject may refuse to consent to the collection of personal information, but the pre-registration service for the opening ceremony of the district film festival with only one refusal of consent is limited.
