“How did my grandfather feel to be constantly aware of the weather and the climate?” “Is time running out for us to react to the climate change?” These are the questions the filmmaker didn’t get to ask his grandfather who was a blind man and a walking weather forecast. Missing and remembering grandfather, the filmmaker interviews three ocean experts to answer the questions and to bring his perspective on the impact of the climate change, particularly in the ocean warming through a watercolor animation technique.
