홍수, 산불, 태풍, 코로나…. 기후변화로 인한 재난은 갈수록 강력하고 빈번해진다. 그 무엇이든 전 지구적으로 협력하지 않으면 모두에게 재앙이 된다. 부유한 나라도 재난은 비껴갈 수 없다. 자연 과 사람 모두는 연결되어 있고 기후재난에는 국경이 없다. 경제, 산업은 국가를 초월하여 생산되고 소비된다. 기후, 보건, 환경의 문제 역시 국경을 초월한 전 지구적 문제가 된 지 오래다. 문제해결 방법 역시 전 지구적 차원의 협력을 통해 끌어낼 수밖 에 없다. 과연 인류는 그 답을 찾을 수 있을까?

Floods, Wild Fires, Typhoons and COVID… Climate change-induced disasters have become more powerful and more frequent. Whatever form they take, they will bring catastrophes to all if we don’t help each other globally. Even rich countries will not be able to escape since nature and human are all connected and climate disasters know no boundaries. Economies and industries are producing and consuming regardless of borders. Climate, health and environment issues have already become global problems, not bound by borders. Then the solution must also need global cooperation. Will mankind find a way?
